Private WiFi also assigns you a temporary private IP address from PrivateWiFi gateway. An IP (or Internet Protocol) address is a numerical label that is assigned to devices participating in a computer network that uses the Internet Protocol for communication between its nodes. Your public IP address will be from whichever Private WiFi server you are connected to for that session. This private IP address cannot be traced by anyone nor can anyone find your real IP address or location.
Once your data reaches PrivateWiFi secure Internet gateway, PrivateWiFi sends it to its destination. This process is safe because it would be virtually impossible to access data between a secure data center over an actual Internet backbone link. It is virtually impossible to break into a guarded data center with biometric scanners and other security measures.
When PrivateWiFi receives the data from your destination server, PrivateWiFi sends it to you through the encrypted tunnel so no one can intercept it.

How do I install and use Private WiFi?
To install and use Private WiFi, do the following:
1. Visit http://www.privatewifi.com/try/ and download the installation software.
2. Install Private WiFi.
3. Once you have installed Private WiFi, open the program and from the Welcome screen.
4. Once you activate Private WiFi, your Internet connection will be unrestricted and secure.
Uninstalling Private WiFi
You can uninstall Private WiFi at any time for any reason.
To uninstall Private WiFi from a PC, do the following:
1. Go to Start > Control Panel. The Control Panel appears.
2. Click Add or Remove Programs. The Add or Remove Programs window appears.
3. Scroll down and select Private WiFi.
4. Click Remove. A dialog box appears asking if you want to remove Private WiFi.
5. Click Yes. Private WiFi is removed from your computer.
To uninstall Private WiFi from a Mac, drag the Private WiFi icon on your desktop to the trash.
