Here are the steps of using USAip free VPN account under Windows Vista.
1. Visit www.usaip.eu.
2. Download USAIP.pbk from their website and save the file to your desktop.
3. Double click on the USAIP.pbk file on your desktop. An application will start as shown below:

4. Select one of the USAIP PPTP connections from the dropdown and click on Connect . (L2TP is also available on VISTA computers, but on XP and 2000 please follow the additional steps at the red hand icon below, in the errors section)
A new window will appear. Enter your username and password. For test account, username is “demo” and password is “demo”.
5. Click on Connect, and your computer will now connect to the USAIP VPN network.
The free test account is compatible with Mac OS, Windows 7, Vista, XP, Linux. The demo access is unlmited in time but you are required to reconnect after every 7 minutes.
